Pharmaceutical facility design: adding value with construction technology and ‘Chip Thinking®'
I’ve seen similarly sized pieces for about $5 at the hardware store.
If you follow me on Facebook, then you may have heard about how we hit a bit of a snag when it came to installing the new faucet. That snag was that Chris didn’t really feel like doing it.
Then he did feel like it, but didn’t have the time.Luckily it was so so so worth the wait!.Here’s the sink before with our old faucet:.
It was sort of fine, but a little eccentric, and it really made our old almond colored sink look outdated.. Then, just at the right moment, in swooped our new faucet from Pfister to save the day!.This is really what our bathroom looked like for about 3 weeks.
But once Chris had a few spare moments….. Ta-da!
It’s amazing how just putting in something simple like a new faucet can really make everything else around it feel so much more updated and new. Then I quickly taped some wide stripes at 6 inch intervals..
The taping took maybe 10 minutes, the painting, about 20.Seriously, what took me so long to do this?.
Well, you’ll notice that it’s still not quite done, because it could use some quarter round to finish up the bottom of the baseboards there..The thing is, I waited so long to do this project, that we’re actually just in the process of getting ready to put down the real floors in there.. No more hideous yellow carpet for this room!
